Buy a gift card from our online store and we’ll send you a confirmation email with all the details for you to forward to the recipient. To redeem their voucher, they just visit our website, select their items and insert the unique code on the card into the DISCOUNT CODE field. Some terms and conditions apply.

What value gift cards are available?

We offer gift cards to a value of US$50, US$100, US$150, US$200, US$250 and US$300.

What can they be used for?

Our gift cards can be used to purchase any Confitex for Men or Just’nCase products currently available in our online store.

How does the gift card get sent to the recipient?

When does it expire?

Our gift cards expire one year from date of purchase.

Can it be redeemed for cash?

Sorry our gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

Can I use it with a discount or special offer?

Sorry discounts and special offers do not apply to purchases made using a gift card.

Delivery of your package

Our deliveries arrive in discreet plain packaging or courier bags.

Domestic Orders

For orders over US$95, shipping within the US (including Alaska and Hawaii) is free.

For orders under US$95, shipping within the US (including Alaska and Hawaii) is US$7.90.

We will do everything we can to get your products to you in a timely fashion. We aim to have orders dispatched from our US warehouse within two working days. Please allow an estimated delivery time of five working days (items may take longer to get to you during busy periods and public holidays). Please be aware that disruptions to supply chains as a result of natural disasters, extreme weather events, pandemics and/or industrial disputes, which are beyond Confitex’s control, may further delay deliveries.

USA orders are sent via USPS tracked. For up-to-date information regarding the USPS delivery schedule please visit their service alerts page or click the tracking link in your dispatch notification email.

We strongly recommend that you select Route Package Protection at checkout so you can track your delivery throughout its journey and/or raise a claim if it has been lost, stolen or damaged. Confitex cannot accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged orders if you choose not to take up this option.

Canadian Orders

For orders under US$95, shipping within Canada is US$10.

For orders over US$95, shipping within Canada is US$12.

We will do everything we can to get your products to you in a timely fashion. We aim to have orders dispatched from our US warehouse within two working days. Please allow up to 15 working days for your package to process through international customs and transfer to a local courier at the border (items may take longer to get to you during busy periods and public holidays). Canadian orders are dispatched from Mainland USA via USPS then transferred to Canada Post at the border. For up-to-date information regarding the USPS delivery schedule please visit their service alerts page or click the tracking link in your dispatch notification email. You can continue to track your package in Canada by entering your USPS tracking number at the Canada Post website.
